What you are buying
This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge. Your card is charged once, today, and never again by us.
Your licence never expires. IMPOSITO 2.x will keep working on your machine for as long as your computer does, whether or not our company still exists.
Updates. Every 2.x update is free, forever. When IMPOSITO 3.0 ships, existing licence holders may upgrade at a reduced price if they wish — or keep using 2.x indefinitely. There is no forced upgrade and no deadline.
Not sure which tier? Start lower. You can move up at any time by paying only the difference, with no deadline and no penalty. Nobody has ever lost money by starting one tier too low. See the full comparison →
Maintenance is optional and never automatic. If you buy an annual maintenance package, it is a single charge. We will email you when it is about to end. We will not charge you again unless you buy it again yourself.
Customers in Serbia are invoiced and charged in Serbian dinars (RSD), in accordance with Serbian foreign exchange regulations. Prices shown in RSD include VAT.
Customers outside Serbia are invoiced in EUR or USD. VAT-registered businesses in the EU may enter a valid VAT ID at checkout; the reverse-charge mechanism will then apply and no VAT will be added.

- Will I be charged again?
- No. This is a single purchase. We do not store your card and we have no mechanism to charge it a second time.
- Does the licence expire?
- No.
- What if I pick the wrong tier?
- Upgrade at any time by paying only the difference. No deadline, no penalty.
- Why are there ten tiers?
- Because a solo notary and a 150-seat insurance department genuinely need different things. Every difference is listed on the comparison page — nothing is vague.
- What if my computer dies?
- Deactivate the old device from within the app, or email support@imposito.com. Reactivation is free and unlimited.
- What if I lose my key?
- Enter your email at imposito.com/license-recovery and we resend it immediately.
- Can I try it first?
- Yes. Request it at imposito.com/download and the links arrive by email within 60 seconds. The 14-day trial is the full application, top tier, no feature limits, no card required and no account created.
- Which cards do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard. All payments use 3-D Secure 2.
- What appears on my statement?

- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. 30 days, full amount, no reason required, back to the original card. Every tier.
- Can I pay by bank transfer instead?
- Yes, if you prefer. Email sales@imposito.com and we will issue a proforma invoice. Card payment is instant; transfer takes longer.
