IMPOSITO Terms of Sale

Who you are contracting with. NODUS ICT SOLUTIONS d.o.o., Dvadesetsedmog marta 9, 11050 Belgrade (Zvezdara), Republic of Serbia. PIB 111833822. Matični broj 21549053. We are the seller of record for every transaction on this website. We do not sell any third party's software and we do not process payments on behalf of anyone else.

When the contract is concluded. At the moment your card payment is authorised and your licence key is generated. You receive a confirmation email with your invoice within 60 seconds.

What you pay. A single amount, once. The price shown at checkout is the total payable. There are no setup fees, no activation fees, no renewal charges and no automatic repeat payments of any kind. We do not store your card details for future use.

Tiers and what each one contains. Ten licence tiers are offered. The complete feature content of every tier is published at imposito.com/compare. That table is contractual: if a feature is not listed there for your tier, it is not included, and if it is listed, it is included. No feature is withheld for negotiation.

Currency and tax. Customers resident in the Republic of Serbia are invoiced and charged in Serbian dinars, in accordance with Serbian foreign exchange regulations, at prices inclusive of VAT. Customers outside Serbia are invoiced in euros or US dollars. VAT-registered businesses in the European Union may enter a valid VAT identification number at checkout, in which case the reverse-charge mechanism applies.

Invoice. A PDF invoice compliant with Serbian requirements is attached to your confirmation email and remains available at any time from the licence recovery page.

Delivery. Electronic and immediate, as described at imposito.com/download. If delivery fails, we resend or refund on the same business day.

Support. Included with every licence for the lifetime of the 2.x line, at the response time published for your tier in the comparison table. Support is provided in English and Serbian.

Upgrades — a permanent right. You may move from any tier to any higher tier at any time, by paying only the difference between the price you paid and the current price of the target tier. This right has no deadline, no expiry and carries no fee or penalty of any kind. Your original purchase is credited at its full value indefinitely. This is a term of sale, not a promotion, and it applies to every licence we have sold.

Pricing conduct. We do not display struck-through reference prices, countdown timers, artificial scarcity messages or pre-selected upsells. The price you see is the price, on every tier, on every day.

Industry pages. We publish pages describing how IMPOSITO is used in particular sectors. These describe workflows and suggest a starting tier; they do not create additional obligations, warranties or certifications, and they do not vary the price, the feature content of any tier, or this contract in any way. The comparison table at imposito.com/compare remains the sole authority on what each tier contains.

No compliance certification. IMPOSITO processes documents locally on your device and transmits nothing to us. We make no representation that your use of the software satisfies any regulatory, professional or evidentiary standard applicable to you. Determining whether your own processes meet the rules that govern you remains your responsibility.

Alternative payment. Bank transfer against a proforma invoice is available on request at sales@imposito.com. Card payment is instant; transfer is not.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Serbian versions of these Terms, the Serbian version prevails.
