How delivery works

After you request the trial:

Within 60 seconds
download links for Windows, macOS and Linux arrive at the email address you entered, together with a 14-day trial key. No card details are taken and no account is created.

After payment is authorised:

Within 10 seconds
a licence key is generated against your order reference and written to our records with a UTC timestamp.
Within 60 seconds
the key arrives at the email address you entered at checkout, together with your invoice as PDF and direct download links for Windows, macOS and Linux.

The trial and the licensed application are the same file. Entering your purchased key converts the installed trial to your tier; you do not need to download anything again.

Every key issue is logged and retrievable by you at imposito.com/license-recovery. If your key has not arrived within 5 minutes, check your spam folder, then email support@imposito.com or call +381 63 181 68 47. We will resend it or refund you the same business day.
