Notarial records must be complete, sequential and retrievable years later. Scanned deeds arrive at different resolutions from different sources, and personal identifiers often have to be masked before a copy leaves the office.

Sequential numbering with a custom prefix per register. OCR in Serbian Latin and Cyrillic in the same document. Permanent redaction of identifiers. PDF/A conversion for archival deposit.
